Orders
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details to follow its progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update once it has left our fulfillment center.
If your order contains multiple items, it may ship in separate packages and you will receive shipping confirmations with a summary of the items included for each package (rest assured, you are only charged one shipping fee for all items in your order).
You can also check the status of your order by proceeding to 'Order History' under your account page!
Shipping
We ship across all 50 states and US Territories with our standard shipping option.
Depending on the final shipping destination, the shipping carrier may vary between DHL and USPS. (We are unable to designate a specific shipping carrier for shipments)
Orders are delivered in 3-5 business days from the shipping date. Please note that delivery times do not include order processing times.
Free standard shipping is available to all US domestic orders with a subtotal greater than $50+ USD after any promotions or discounts are applied. Excludes the purchase of gift cards
To apply free shipping, please select the free standard shipping option at checkout for your eligible order.
Please note that we are not able to designate a international shipments.
Taxes and duties are calculated based on your shipping destination.
US Sales Tax
All domestic sales tax will be applied at checkout based on the order destination in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
