Q & A

Most Korean beauty products are marked with a date of production.

You can check the characters in front of the dates to be sure: 제조 = Manufactured date 까지 = Open-by date

Usually unopened products have shelf life of 2-5 years. Once opened, products are good for up to a year. Natural and/or organic products have shorter shelf life in general, and information is listed in individual product pages.

If you received a damaged product, please SAVE THE PACKAGE & PACKING MATERIALS and reach us at service@cosmendy.com immediately for assistance.

Letter carrier may have placed it in a safer location including mailbox, porch or garage. Also, check with others in your house that may have accepted it. In rare cases, package may show as 'delivered' but could take additional 24 hours. If it has been over 24 hours from the 'delivered' status, to save time a service request may be sent by email to your local Post Office™ facility for follow-up. You will receive a confirmation number and a contact within 2-3 business days.

Domestic sales tax will be collected in accordance with sales tax laws and regulations imposed by each state. Sales tax, if any, will be shown under subtotal during checkout.

Only one (1) discount code will apply at checkout. Offers cannot be combined.

US Domestic shipments are mailed via USPS. It typically take 2-5 business days for delivery.

Import fees including duties and taxes including VAT are calculated at checkout. Once order is placed, your package is shipped out as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and therefore you will not need to pay anything else when it is delivered to you.

Pre-ordered items are not available to ship at the time of purchase. Please note, any order that includes a pre-order item along with in-stock item(s) will ship when the pre-order item becomes available. Due to our system limitations, we are unable to split ship your order.

We are committed to bringing you only the authentic, genuine and recently produced products. We source our products directly from our partner brands in Korea and/or with their official and verified distributors.
