We accept returns on both new and gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date for either a refund to your original payment method or a store credit to use toward future purchases. Only products purchased directly on cosmendy.com are eligible for return. All gift cards. sheet mask and set purchases are final sale. Please note that refunds can only be processed to the original payment method, or to a store credit - we are not able to refund to alternate payment methods.
Refunds will exclude the amount of any outbound shipping costs and return label fees. If you wish to use your own shipping method to send your items to us, please include your invoice or order number in your return shipment and send us a message at service@cosmendy.com with the tracking information.
For international orders, any taxes or duties incurred against your purchase are non-refundable through Cosmendy as this is paid directly to your local customs. We can recommend reaching out to your local customs office for assistance with refunds on tax and duties collected for your returned order.
Cosmendy monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. Repeated returns behavior may lead to the closure of your Cosmendy account or future orders being refused at our discretion.
