Please refer to the “Return Types” table below to determine which return options are available for the item you wish to return. After understanding your options, you may request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if you submit your request within the allowed time period (specified in the table), which starts from the day you receive the order. RMA requests can be submitted the following ways:
1. Contact our Customer Service Department
To ensure speedy service, please have the following information ready when you email our Customer Service Department:
- Your order number
- Product name and Cosmendy Catalog Number of the item you wish to return.
- Reason for requesting a RMA (Defective Item Exchange, Size Exchange, Unwanted or Unopened Item Return, Defective Item Repair)
- In cases of Size Exchange, provide the Cosmendy Catalog Number and size of the item you wish to receive in exchange.
2. Use the RMA request interface in the "My Account" section (only for Unwanted Returns)
Click the specific order number in "My Account" that contains the items you wish to return. Below your list of purchases, you will find a link titled "Start a return request?" Click the link and follow the instructions.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Terms & Conditions
General for all products
- All returns must be sent back Cosmendy's Korean office with prior authorization, i.e. a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
- Cosmendy will usually reship replacement or repaired items using Standard Shipping. Cosmendy reserves the right to determine reshipping method regardless of the shipping method used in the original order.
- Items marked as “Final Clearance” are not eligible for Size Exchange, and Unwanted or Unopened Item Return.
- We do not offer refunds or returns in cases involving allergic reactions or adverse skin conditions due to products that we sell.
- Cosmendy is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via Registered Air Mail to ensure that it reaches us.
- Coupon discounts as well as shipping and handling fees from the original shipment to the customer are not refundable.
- Cosmendy reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, Cosmendy's decision will be final.
Defective Item Exchange
- Cosmendy will be responsible for return shipping costs if the defective claim is confirmed to be valid, and if the defective items are returned via Regular Air Mail or Registered Air Mail. Return shipping costs will be refunded in Cosmendy Store Credit within seven (7) days of receipt of your return. No compensation for shipping costs will be provided when using other shipping methods, including Courier Services or Express Mail.
- In cases of defective return, Cosmendy will provide a replacement item instead of a refund.
- Items returned for size exchange must be in mint, unused condition. Cosmendy reserves the right to reject return or exchange requests if the returned items are in unacceptable condition.
- Customers are required to bear return shipping fees in cases of size exchange. Cosmendy will be responsible for shipping fee of replacement. Cosmendy will not be responsible if return shipments are lost during return transit.
Unwanted or Unopened Item Return
- Unwanted or unopened items returned to Cosmendy must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. Customers are required to bear return shipping fees in cases of unwanted or unopened returns. Cosmendy will not be responsible if return shipments are lost during return transit.
- Refunds for unwanted or unopened items will be issued in the form of Cosmendy Credit. Refunds will be processed when returned products are received and confirmed to be in acceptable condition by Cosmendy.
