Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping

I have pretty wimpy lashes that I have to curl to get the shape I want. Most of the mascaras I have tried never holds the curl or it takes multiple times and a lot of minutes of drying time to get my curls to sustain the curl. This worked the first coat! Both sets of eyelashes are equally pretty and long with sustained curls! So pleased with this product!!

I have eyelashes that are straight and won't hold a curl. This mascara really works. I remove it with oily eye removal pads.

first of all, i NEVER leave reviews on anything that i buy. but i HAD to leave a review on this mascara. i saw a social media video about this mascara and on a whim, i impulsively bought it! now, i? asian, and naturally have very thin, very small eyelashes. i?e struggled for years to keep my eyelashes curled and to find a mascara that worked well on my eyes. but mascara after mascara, my eyelashes would either fall off at a rapid rate or my makeup would be unnoticeable. and therefore as a result, i would have to go days without using mascara because the products never worked or would harm my lashes (leading to my self esteem going down because i wasn? wearing makeup). HOWEVER, after using this product for 4 months straight, i can CONFIDENTLY SAY that THIS mascara IS THE ONE! i use it DAILY and my thin eyelashes have hardly fallen out! this mascara keeps my lashes curled and noticeable for HOURS ON END! especially on my asian eyes! i once forgot to take this mascara off and went to sleep with it (whoops), and even the next day, the makeup was still intact and my lashes looked better than ever! i? not exaggerating when i say this mascara makes my lashes look healthy and luscious and THICK! i LOVE it!! and i will NEVER wear another mascara as long as i live!! if you have doubts, BUY THIS MASCARA!! i promise you will find something to love about it! <3

Very black, somewhat sticky and difficult to put on more than one coat. Stays on and does not smear or flake. Almost impossible to remove, even with waterproof remover. Will not be my favorite.
